Welcome to the DeVries Urban Entomology Lab at the University of Kentucky!  Our work encompasses three main goals: 1) understanding how urban/indoor pests function and behave, 2) utilizing this information to improve indoor integrated pest management (IPM) strategies, and 3) improving human health and quality of life through pest management.  Ultimately, we strive to provide scientifically backed evidence to support the most effective, affordable, and sustainable pest management strategies, facilitating proper pest control for everyone.  Click on the tabs above to learn more about the lab.
